Abstract
Abstract - The present study aimed mainly to clarify the impact of the volume of bank finances and loans for small and medium enterprises on the indicators of economic development in the State of Libya. Where the current study was based on researching the financing mechanisms provided by banks in a way that stimulates the production process and the sustainability of small and medium enterprises due to the positive results that these projects have achieved in many countries on economic development. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher analyzed the data for the study variables for the period (2000-2019), which were obtained from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics in the State of Libya. 28SPSS and AMOS26 software were used to analyze the obtained data, which is one of the famous statistical programs. Through this program, a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the analyzed time series was obtained, in addition to testing the study's hypotheses. Through the study model, some of the sub-goals that the researcher wishes to reach, which will explain the impact of the variables on each other, have been clarified, which are: - Identifying the role of loans and bank financing for small and medium enterprises in achieving economic development. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant effect of the volume of loans and financing on the indicators of the economic development of the State of Libya for the period (2000-2019).
