Abstract
Abstract – This study aims to describe the impact generated by the collaborative learning program that has been implemented. This collaborative learning program is designed to bridge generational differences among family business actors. There are generational differences in family companies where generation one (parents or grandparents) and generation two (children or grandchildren) work together to achieve company goals while ensuring the involvement of family members in the family company. In this study, six pairs of informants were involved to answer previously prepared questions in the form of focus group discussions (FGD). The questions are designed to find out the opinion of the informants on the collaborative learning program they have participated in. The data that has been collected is processed to find various keywords and then interpreted. This study found that the informants felt an increase in understanding between generations, increased acceptance between generations and increased commitment to work together in achieving the sustainability of their family companies. Keywords - Collaborative Learning, Emphatic, Understanding, Commitment.
