Through tapping into the authentic experiences of people, it can create awareness among communities. The First Drop team consists of performers with different disabilities. And they use various assistive technologies such as screen readers to use platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams to collaborate and perform. Using playback theatre and technology, disabled performers at First Drop Theatre work with corporate and social organizations, and different communities of the society to talk about employment opportunities for the disabled, accessible infrastructure, sensitization, and overall, the idea of inclusive society.
