Abstract
Abstract – The paper attempts to understand the mindset of 21st century education. The objective of the paper is to develop a model plan to understand and assess the mind-set in 21st century higher education through different theories and secondary research. The current research framework focuses on the application of learning theories such as Vigotsky’s; Kolb’s; Bloom’s Taxonomy and Theory of Growth and Fixed Mindset in developing model plan of assessment and intervention process of assessing and enhancing Growth Mindset and other different types of Learning Mindset that lead to a positive and impactful teaching learning process among the faculty members on 21st Century Higher Education.
