Abstract
Abstract - Gender equality and justice listed in the Village SDGs became one of the barometers of rural development. Therefore, innovation is needed to increase women's participation to achieve the Village SDGs. Using a qualitative approach by analyzing literature, secondary data, and observing Women’s School Community this paper offers innovation of gender mainstreaming based on social capital. In addition, the implementation of Women’s School Community as social capital-based requires social networks as a means of equitable exchange of information between women in the village. The result, poor women in the village have increased their capacity to record and monitor programs in their villages, recognize the needs of women and poor people in their villages and be able to voice them in decision-making forums in their villages.
