Abstract
Abstract - People with disabilities are among us, they work with us, they study, they are our superiors, our friends. Many researches show that people with a health disadvantage are a positive social element that brings whole societies thanks to their inclusion.The goal of my own research is to analyze and describe in detail the advantages and disadvantages for companies employing people with disabilities. The results of our own research bring insights from the field of security services in the Czech Republic. Quantitative and qualitative analyzes were used to fulfill the aim of the paper. The respondent sample consisted of 300 employees, the collected quantitative data for six years (especially for twelve semesters, period 2013-2019) evaluated the income of a company that employs more than 75% of people with disabilities. The following values are processed: i. average hourly wage values for employees with disabilities; ii. average hours worked per employee in half a year; iii. average costs per employee per half year paid by the employer; iv. average values of contributions for employees with disabilities from the state for six mon People with disabilities are among us, they work with us, they study, they are our superiors, our friends.
