Abstract |
Abstract - Industry 4.0 has leaded firms to take advantage of advanced management tools for developing proactive planning models. Transformation in operating processes has made human workers in logistics services change. Although the automation is an increasing trend in every industry, human keeps vital role in logistics service provision. Skilled and intellectual employees enhance firm’s performamnce and increase chances to achieve business objectives. This study is taken to evaluate human factor in logistics services which is considered as a core element contribuiting to the development of Vietnam’s logistics services industry. Situation of workforce in logistics services is analyzed, evaluated and oriented for sustainable development strategy in Industry 4.0.
