Abstract
Abstract - MBA is widely acclaimed course that is said to be shaping the future managers of the country. Examining this notion, we study relevance of MBA curriculum to internship performance as perceived by B school students. After assessing the perception of over 110 students of one of the top B-schools of the country and rigorous analysis via factor analysis and regression, we have triedto see how relevant MBA is really. Finding indicate that the course curriculum of MBA may not directly impact internship performance by it does increase the adaption and role negotiation of a graduate in the organization. There exists an obvious skill gap and MBA curriculum need to be adjusted to account for it. Keywords - MBA, Internships, Management
