Abstract
The effectiveness and efficiency of the internal logistics systems in a hospital are critical to performance. Since the hospital has many processes, diversify human skills and professional, variety of patients and diseases. Then it requires types of resources and tools. This research aims to study the internal logistics system model that affects the efficiency of internal logistics systems of medical equipment and devices service department, data gathering with a questionnaire and secondary data from the associated functions, and analysis with factor analysis.Research results found that delivery service is reliable, and the critical device is entirely utilized.
