Abstract |
Blockchain technology is an innovation heralded to revolutionize eGovernment services but actual implementation is lagging. In this paper we investigate the factors hindering blockchain-based eGovernment services and provide non-technical issues such as organizational and socio-economic as plausible reasons for the lag.
