Abstract |
5G services have started and there is lot of expectation among the service providers as well as the users about its benefits. Adoption of mobile services is a very active research area and lots of research as been done to understand the adoption of mobile services. In view of 5G being a new technology it is imperative to understand how users will react to the new technology. The objective of this paper is to propose the factors which can be used to study the acceptance and adoption of the 5G based mobile services.
