Abstract
The scope of the research is to measure the effect of sycophantic behaviour, employee turnover, trust and communication on hospitality culture. The structured questionnaires were used and gathered data from 517 employees working in Punjab and Chandigarh. The regression analysis was conducted on collected data. The results of the study shows that co-workers‟ trust and communication has significant positive effect on hospitality culture whereas sycophantic behaviour and employee turno-ver has significant negative effect on hospitality culture. This study has theoretical and practical implications for the hospi-tality industry based on co-workers‟ relationship.
