Abstract |
Agricultural system in India doesn’t establish clean contours of an effective judicial system for conflict management. Perhaps, the new farm laws have included certain provisions in response to this need but they seem to harness administrative control and lack judicial touch. Successful attempts at mediation used as dispute resolution in other countries can be referred by the Indian Agriculture System to reduce ever-growing farmer distress.
