Abstract |
Incarnationism and Vedic literature have had a profound effect on the spiritual tradition of India. The basis of the spiritual tradition of India is Vedic literature and the basis of the devotional tradition is incarnationism. Every spiritual thought in India has developed on the basis of these two. Gurmat ideology has made a significant impact on the spiritual philosophical ideology in Punjab. In this research paper, on the basis of all the available sources, a concerted effort has been made to find out what is the similarity between Gurbani and Vedic ideology and how Gurmat distinguishes itself from Incarnation.
