Abstract
Blood donation from healthy donors is very crucial to save lives as this life saving liquid cannot be produced artificially. This study analyzes platelet blood donations. Platelets are vital for surviving and fighting cancer, chronic diseases, and traumatic injuries. The study conducts a comprehensive data analysis and presents the results on the communication frequency in terms of how frequently platelet donors make appointments, walk-ins, receive emails or direct mails, login through web portals, come through specific campaigns as well as platelet donor demographics including age, gender, frequency of platelet donations, lifetime donations, etc. Keywords - Data Analysis, Platelets, Blood Donations, Communications, Demographics.
