Abstract
This paper aimed to make the process of Thai companies exporting goods to China, obtaining Chinese customs inspection and quarantine certificates for inbound goods, and the official documents and costs required during the period. In order to help Thai SMEs reduce the cost consumption during the declaration period, improve the success rate of customs clearance, and promote economic and trade exchanges between China and Thailand. So through this research, the researcher will use process flow to make a complete application process, use BOM to list the document needed before, during, after the application, and use CPM to analysis the cost of the entire process. Finally, will use COP to prove the feasibility of this study. In this research, a complete and clear application flow chart will be produced, and all the documents required before, during, and after the application are listed. Researchers will analyze the most critical steps that have reduced corporate cost losses. As a result, this process is clear and complete, and the materials are fully listed. Some small and medium-sized enterprises in Thailand can successfully clear customs and reduce cost loss after using the process.
