Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between investment fund flows from mutual funds in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and stock market returns over the period from November2009, a year after U.S. financial crisis start, to December 2019. Among all investors of SET, mutual funds are considered as professional investors who are very close to local stock market and should be studied about their trading impact on stock market return. The research findings report the consecutive trading pattern for mutual funds and the impact of the previous trading of mutual funds on the market return. Nevertheless, very small adjusted R-square implies that mutual fund trading offers very small explanation for the market return. The pricing efficiency of the market is not obvious.
