Abstract |
This paper focuses on the administrative effectiveness of organizational mergers.The main research objectives areunderstanding efficiencyaffect, and benefit. This research uses document analysis to do the study. A depth interview questionnaire is designed and used. The results are positive for management efficiency, low integration impact and good benefits. This merger is successful and good contributions.
