Abstract |
The purpose of the article is to present the results of research on the Polish regulatory environment towards the development of cloud outsourcing in the banking sector and research on finding a model approach to cloud outsourcing. The analysis includes a formal and dogmatic study of the statutory provisions and recommendations of the Polish supervisory authority, presentation of selected model solutions from foreign legal systems and a comparative legal view on the final draft guidelines on the outsourcing of the European Banking Authority (Draft EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing arrangements).
