Abstract |
As the economy rebounds from the “Great Recession” and businesses improve, there is research documenting that not all businesses are experiencing this growth. Minority-owned businesses have not benefited from the economy to the same degree as majority-owned companies. This article discusses how one Chamber of Commerce created and began a program focused on minority business development.
