This paper presents the importance of benefits, opportunities, costs and risks in the implementation of outsourcing. the problem has been solved under uncertainty with Fuzzy-ANP based on BOCR analysis. The final result shows that the third strategy (outsourcing) is the best choice among three strategies which were evaluated with fuzzy-ANP method.
