Abstract
This paper presents a strategically structured human placement of Indian IT engineer migration in a relationship between current Indian international migration to the U.S. and virtual work at offshore site of multinational and Indian IT companies. We redefine the function of virtual work and significance of international migration keeping in mind, the immigration regulation in the U.S. and the perspective of brain circulation for socio-economic development in India.
