Abstract
The negative impact of corporations on societies have become an increasing concern to scholars and stakeholders. Business leaders often engage in decisions and conducts that are unethical resulting to society paying the price of such engagements both now and in future. This paper x-rays the concept of ethical leadership; the distinguishing features of ethical leadership, the role of ethical leaders on corporate sustainability, conclusion and recommendations. The business leaders are expected to be individuals with strong moral characters and serve their organizations in a way that will create culture which values corporate sustainability. The paper concludes that ethical leadership approach benefits both organizations and corporate environment. Index Terms—Ethical Leadership, Good Conduct, Corporate Sustainability.
