Abstract |
This paper present the skills and knowledge should be possessed by managerial level logisticians in northern Thailand. For this to happen, researcher give questionnaire which is designed based on BLM framework, and then factor analysis is used to extract different factors among various knowledge and skills. Finally, five business-related factors, two logistics-related factors and six management-related factors are generated, this result correspond to the real situation and knowledge gap in northern Thailand now.This study contributes to distinguish skills and knowledge, logistics organizations who is looking for suitable logistics managers can benefit from this result.
