Abstract |
Entrepreneurship orientation programmes (EOPs) were also conducted in the state of Jammu and Kashmir with the purpose to orient/ refresh the existing entrepreneurs with the changing realities of the business world. During the reference period around 9 entrepreneurship orientation programmes were conducted which were attended by 205 entrepreneurs. the current study aims to assess whether these EOPs have yielded the desired results or not. The study has revealed that the EOPs conducted in the state have been found to have no impact on the financial performance of the enterprises whose entrepreneurs have attended EOPs. Similarly with regard to growth indicators, there is little or no impact on growth indicators except average growth in capital investment. | |||||||||
