Abstract |
The objective of this research is to find the relationship of knowledge and information in terms of education as well as technological advancement to the development of managers’ global mindset. The study was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the emerging market of Indonesia.The rationale for the study was the lack of research in this area on SMEs in emerging markets of ASEAN. The study finds that both education and technological advancement contribute significantly to the development of a global mindset among managers and workforce, affecting profitability at the company level and economic growth positively.
