Abstract
Learning never ends. Becoming a good teacher takes time and continuously involves learning. A teacher must keep up-to-date with what education system is adventuring through. Nowadays, students are refering social media as the pivotal source for reaping information and aquire knowledge.This paper studies how the services provided by the social media are helpful for teachers and students in education sector.This paper also tries to explain the impact of social media on younger minds and also describes how it can promote continuous learning of the teacher.The sample for this study comprises of teaching faculty from various disciplines in higher education.
