Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to improve employees’ interpersonal communication skill using assertive training technique, so the individual can communicate better. Interpersonal communication is a process of sending and receiving messages by an individual towards another, whether directly or indirectly, by expressing their thought to reduce negative emotion. Improving interpersonal communication is necessary because every individual that can communicate better would cause their interlocutors to better understand the messages being communicated. This would necessarily relevant within a work environment, wherein several employees are being involved. Thus employees as the subject of this research. Within the assertive training the researchers would explain about the importance of embedding assertive behavior on individuals facing a certain situation. the data would be gathered using observational method.
