Abstract
This study aimed to 1) Study Chinese tourists’ satisfaction level of Wat Pho, and 2) compare demographic and social factors that impact satisfaction with cultural attractions management. The sample group consisted of 400 tourists, gathered by accidental sampling. Percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and f-test values are calculated to compare independent and dependent variables. The result showed that age and education level did not affect satisfaction with cultural attractions management, while age and profession did have different effects on satisfaction with cultural attractions management. Moreover, the sampled population that had different decisions to return did not have different level of satisfaction with cultural attractions management.
