Abstract |
Logistic Policy is vital to the national progress. The objectives of this research were to study and analyze the model of politics that set up the logistic policy of Thailand and to study and analyze the problems and obstacles of the development and logistic policy, to study strategic development of the transportation and logistics of Thailand, and to provide and recommendations to set up a national policy to be the center hub of this region in the future. The focus was on the double-track railway of Thailand. This was a document research by utilizing interpretative method as well as an in-depth interview. A purposive sampling was conducted to select key informants. The findings would help to understand the progress, problems, and setback of the logistic policy of Thailand in order to provide the proper recommendations for policy makers. In addition, the findings would help to understand the structure of basic transportations and logistics of Thailand in the future in order to develop into the major hub of this region.
