Abstract
This paper proposed an approach to design fractional observers for Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model of fractional nonlinear dynamics of HIV illness by the method of the sector nonlinearity. The designing procedure method is based using the properties of the LMI approach, the feedback and observer gain matricesare designed properly. The main merit of the presented observer and model is robustness against model uncertainty and disturbances and stability of the closed loop system.
