Abstract |
IoMT advances have notably enhanced well-being by enabling remote healthcare, improving medical services in rural areas, and enhancing disease prevention. Despite the availability of various platforms and devices for real-time health information exchange, a critical challenge persists—lack of interoperability. This limitation hampers practical deployment and inhibits further development.This paper addresses the issue by using AD8232 and ESP32 to process ECG signals and achieve heart rate. A Flask-based system platform is then created to receive and display heart rate information and electrocardiograms. This implementation achieves an interoperable IoMT platform, overcoming existing limitations and paving the way for future advancements. Keywords - IoMT, ECG, FHIR, AD8232, ESP32 | |||||||||
