Abstract |
This paper presents comparative study of different performance parameters of low voltage folded cascode operational amplifier at 180nm and 130 nm CMOS technology. Several analysis such as DC analysis and AC analysis are carried out to analyse the performance of the proposed design. Some key performance parameters such as open loop gain, power supply rejection ratio, common mode rejection ratio, phase margin,-3dB frequency, unity gain bandwidth, slew rate and power dissipation are explored at different temperatures. The paper investigates the effect of temperature variation on performance of folded cascode operational amplifier. All the simulation results are achieved using Orcad PSpice software.
