Abstract |
This work reports synthesis of CdSe nanoparticles (NPs) using two thiol capping agents including 3- mercaptoprropionic acid (MPA) and L-cysteine in the same time. The results showed that highly crystalline nanoparticles were obtained in the presence of L-cysteine under the same experimental conditions, highlighting the role of capping agent in the formation of CdSe nanoparticles.
