Abstract
Stability studies on optimized Nano Lipid Carrier of three batches with different combination are optimized and prepared formulations were evaluated to determine the particle size, Zeta Potential and drug residual content of sampled batch kept in refrigerator at different temperature (4 ± 20C) and room temperature (25 ± 20C) and (40 ± 20C) respectively. These studies were performed for the period of Six (06) months. The Particle size, residual drug content were determined at 0, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 months. Accelerated stability studies were also performed on optimized Nano Lipid Carrier as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. These samples were analyzed for drug content by HPLC method at a wavelength of 242nm. The changes in these parameters were not statistically significant (p ≥ 0.05). These results indicated both physical as well as chemical stability of all the prepared formulations using Nano Lipid Carrier.
