Abstract
Automation of Hall Effect Measurement Setup is an attempt to reduce the manual effort for measuring the parameters defining a semiconductor sheet. . It was developed to reduce the time and labor presently being invested for making measurements associated with a semiconductor sample under test. This was carried out by intensive coding facilitating subsequent storage of obtained calculation for later analysis. Carrier mobility (μ),carrier concentration (n), Hall voltage (VH ), Magneto-resistance and Resistivity (ρ) are determined by applying voltage (V), current (I) and magnetic field (B). Index Terms— Carrier Mobility, Hall Voltage, Magneto resistance, Van Der Pauw Resistivity.
