Abstract |
In this work, we present an exclusive study on the effect of the doping of TiN on Polyaniline(PANI) . The electrical conductivity of this hybrid material of PANI with TiN was determined by four probe method at different temperatures. The current-voltage data so generated by a four-in-line probe DC electrical conductivity measuring instrument was processed for calculation of resistivity (ρ). On examination, it was observed that the electrical conductivity of the hybrid materials increases with increase in temperature and also with change in concentration of Dopant.
