Abstract |
The Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was developed for detection of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) combined with gold nanoparticles DNA biosensor (AuNPs), the overall process was achieved within 2 hrs. This technique is rapid and convenient which is suitable for its use in clinical laboratories.
