Abstract
Recently, Thermoelectric Materials (TE) have received extraordinary attention from the research community due to their extreme reliability, and also their multiple applications (computer chips, infrared sensors, satellites). These materials (TEs) directly transform heat into electricity, or displacing the thermal energy by applying an electrical current. In this peper we have presented the structure of double perovskite π‘ͺπ’”πŸπ‘΅π’‚π‘­π’†π‘ͺπ’πŸ”. The electronic band structure and asymmetric DOS graphics has been studied. The electronic filling of d orbitals gives rise to the semiconductor ferromagnetic character of double perovskites. The electronic conductivity increases with temperature. The low thermal conductivity and the figure of merit (zT) increase the waste energy recovery efficiency of TEs materials. In addition, the Seebeck coefficient varies inversely with temperature. these properties are found using quantum espresso are consistent with the experimental results.
