Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of a group of teaching experience in Thai vocational teachers with six variables: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and intention to quit the profession. The data was collected from 510 vocational teachers in five areas: north, northeast, south, east and metropolitan. Sample criteria selection was the stratified random sampling technique. One-way analysis of variance was used to explore the differences between the years of teaching experience group. The results showed that there were three variables: emotional exhaustion, life satisfaction and intention to quit the profession had differences among groups of years of teaching experience.
