Abstract |
The main objective of carrying out the studies on surface water quality is to assess the water quality status for drinking and irrigation purpose. The farmers of the surrounding locality are depending on this reservoir water for irrigation purpose. The study of Physico Chemical and Biological characterization of the water was taken up to highlight the existing water quality and to propose remedial measures that are required for the purpose of Irrigation.
