Abstract |
The present work deals with the application of interchangeable high speed disperser and bead mill techniques for the preparation of water based concentrates of organic pigment. The aim of investigation is to give stabilization and improvement in the quality of water based concentrate. The water based concentrates is prepared under interchangeable high speed disperser and bead mill system under maintaining the optimum conditions such as pH, apparent viscosity and dispersion. The effect of surfactants on the stability of dispersion characteristics has been evaluated on the basis of colour strength, viscosity for the organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue pigment it also develop the proper colour strength for the utilization in formulation of coating. | |||||||||
