Abstract |
This study demonstratesan applicability of numerical techniques to study of microbial depolymerisation processes. A computational model was formulated, inverse problems for a time factor and a molecular factor of a degradation rate were set. Weight distributions before and after cultivation of microorganisms were incorporated in an inverse analysis. Once inverse problems were solved, microbial depolymerization process was simulated.
