Abstract |
Geopolymer concrete is considered as an alternative to conventional concrete because it is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The effect of four different nano materials namely Nano-SiO2, Nano-TiO2, Nano-Al2O3 and Nano-Fe2O3 on compressive strength of geopolymer concrete is investigated in this study. Nano materials are used in the mixture as 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% of the binder ratio. According to the results of the study, it was determined that nano materials had no significant effect on the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete. The highest increase in compressive strength occurred in the mixture of 1.5% Nano-SiO2 as 3.3%. Keywords- Compressive Strength, Geopolymer Concretes, Nano Materials. | |||||||||
