Abstract |
Risk is the potentially occurring factor which directly or indirectly impact on any project deadline and its funding .Risk management deals with risk identification, analyzing and responding risk related with project. Since Nepal is in starting phase of developing railway project, this project identify and measure different type of related risk with railway project of Nepal, which will help to implement railway project within deadline. A series of risk are measured which are considered directly bearing on railway project of Nepal by relatively importance index method.
