Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of existing different approaches of Goal Oriented Requirement Engineering used in the requirement Elicitation Process. We mainly focuses on the different approaches of GORE (Goal Oriented Requirement Engineering) and analyzes and compares its applicability on the software system development process. The Goal of our research is to determine which technique is best and how and when? The results of our study are particularly important in the determination of more effective and efficient GORE technique so that developers could easily adopt and employ the technique in the development of a software system. Keywords— Requirement Engineering, Requirement Elicitation, GORE, NFR, KAOS, i*, GBRAM
