Abstract |
This paper takes a deeper dive into the world of technology with an emphasis on technological burnout and the negative effects jobs have on an individual’s life. The further we venture into the fourth industrial revolution, the more dependent organizations become on technology and less on the individual’s well-being as a whole. While finding new ways to cope with the implementation of technology and effects of technological burnout, artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as a contending collaborator, capable of minimizing and alleviating this burnout. | |||||||||
