Abstract
Improving the device performance of thin film solar cells through stacking of various absorber layers has been of great effort these days. In this paper Novel absorber material Ag2SrSnSe4 has been stacked with existing CZTSe as an p-type absorber layer in most studied Thin Film Solar cells (TFSC) and the device performance has have been studied. For simulations SCAPS 1-D simulator has been used. A promising Power Conversion Efficiency of 21.16% has been obtained showing an improvement from 18.06 % PCE in basic ASrTSe based solar cell.
