Abstract
We proposed to use this system to minimise the frequency of accidents caused by driver exhaustion, hence improving road safety. This device uses optical information and artificial intelligence to identify driver sleepiness automatically. Due to extended driving durations and boredom in crowded settings, driver weariness is one of the leading causes of traffic accidents, particularly for drivers of big vehicles (such as buses and heavy trucks). During the survey, nonintrusive methods detect drowsiness by measuring driving behaviour and sometimes eye features, through which camerabased detection system is the best method and so are useful for real world driving situations. This paper presents the review of existed drowsiness detection techniques that will be used in this system like Circular Hough Transform, FCM, Lab Color Space etc. Keyword - Circular Hough Transform, FCM, Lab Color Space, Artificial Intelligence.
