Abstract |
Abstract - Easy navigation is usually the prime motivation for website owners, which results in returning visitors and effective use of a website. In the educationdomain, the interest of stakeholders visiting the website changes according to priority time-to-time. Adapting the changes according to the time and dealing with anomalies like the COVID-19 pandemic are vital in maintaining an effective and engaging platform for the stakeholders. With the help of real-world data from the educational institution, there is a need to build a methodology to identify the temporal usage patterns. This work introduces the metrics used, data cleaning, time-based analysis, and event-based analysis and finally, shows the proposed solution for navigation behavior on the website.
